Los kohakutou (caramelos de ámbar) son dulces japoneses elaborados con agar agar. Estos caramelos con apariencia de minerales tienen una textura gelatinosa/gomosa y una fina capa exterior crujiente.
Nuestros Kohakutous hechos a mano se elaboran con ingredientes naturales y sin colorantes alimentarios. Son perfectos como postre ligero o para tomar el té por la mañana o por la tarde. Incluso puedes preparar una bebida preciosa añadiéndolos a un vaso de refresco.

También existe la opción de adquirir esta caja de caramelos con nuestra infusión de hierba limón, elaborada con hierba limón de cosecha propia, hojas de jengibre, hojas de galanga y granos de pimienta maqaw de Taiwán. ¡Doble delicia!

Kohakutou (amber candy) are Japanese confectionery made with agar agar. These crystal-like sweets have a jelly/gummy texture with a thin crunch on the outer layer.
Our handmade Kohakutous are made with natural ingredients and without any food colorings. They are prefect as a light dessert, or as a morning/afternoon tea treat. You can even make the prettiest drink with them by adding them to a glass of soda!

There's also an option to get this candy box with our lemongrass infusion, made with home-grown lemongrass, ginger leaves, galangal leaves and Taiwanese maqaw peppercorns. Double the delight!

Store in a cool, dry place for up to 30 days (the outer layer will thicken and harden overtime).
